Serves as a Platoon Sergeant in a Battalion Rear Detachment; responsible for the health, welfare, training and professional development of six NCO's and 15 Soldiers; plans, coordinates and supervises activities pertaining to organization, training and operations; recommends and administers plans and policies; sets priorities of work and organizational goals for assigned personnel in support of forward deployed element and rear detachment to include family members; maintains supply economy and discipline for HHC 2-159th ARB Leave Behind Equipment (LBE) valued in excess of $3,400,000.
