Serves as an Ammunition Section Chief in an M109A6 155MM Firing Battery assigned to 2/138th FA BN; prepares M1074A1 (PLS) for ammunition draw and dispersion; supervises the handling and care of ammunition, propellant and fuzes, supervises operator and crew maintenance on M1074A1; responsible for leading and training three personnel in their MOS and basic Soldier skills; ensures timely suspenses are targeted between Battery and Forward Support Company; trains personnel on METL tasks and non-traditional tasks focused on Battery s wartime mission and the Global War on Terror.
