First Sergeant 00G5M
Serves as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the commander of Bravo Company 1/415th (Drill Sergeants) and supports and conducts battle-focused training for IET soldiers, Army Reserve Units, National Guard Units, and ROTC commands; oversees training, administration, discipline, professional development, personnel accountability, safety, morale, and mentoring of all assigned Soldiers; maintains and cares for all equipment including 70 weapons and ancillary gear valued at over $150,000; sets and enforces high standards of conduct, training, professional development, and physical readiness; ensures all Drill Sergeants in the company are proficient at Army Warrior Tasks; assists the commander in planning, coordinating, executing and supervising all activities.


FIRST SERGEANT 00G4M (DRILL SERGEANT COMPANY)
First Sergeant for a basic training company consisting of 24 Soldiers, including 12 Drill Sergeants, Drill Sergeant Candidates, Training NCO and 2 Supply Sergeants; executes established policies and standards pertaining to the training, mentoring, discipline, health, welfare and physical fitness of all Soldiers; monitors Drill Sergeant competence in all areas of basic Soldiering skills; assists and advises the Commander and staff on all matters pertaining to enlisted Soldiers and their families; accompanies the Commander on inspections, visits, at ceremonies and holds formations.


00G3X Drill Sergeant
Drill Sergeant for a Basic Combat Training (BCT)Battery; duties include supervising and coordinating with subordinate Drill Sergeants in conducting Initial Entry Training; responsible for inspecting, managing and accounting for Initial Entry Training(IET) Soldiers; conducts training to standard; counsels Soldiers to assist in their transition into the Army; trains new enlisted Soldiers in subjects of Basic Rifle Marksmanship, APFT, Drill and Ceremonies, Wear and Appearance of the Military Uniform, UCMJ, Army Core Values, Warrior Task Training, and Accountability and Responsibility of all personnel assigned.


00G3X DRILL SERGEANT
Performs duties as a Drill Sergeant in a Basic Combat Training Platoon consisting of up to 60 Initial Entry Training Soldiers each 10 week cycle; skillfully executes the mission of transforming civilians into competent and confident Soldiers; maintains the highest standards while teaching the basics of Soldiering; assists in preparing, executing, and assessing rifle marksmanship training, combat fitness training and common tasks skills training; develops and maintains discipline and ensures the health and personal well being of all assigned Soldiers; assists in the accountability of over $200,000 of equipment.


00G4O Observer Controller Trainer
Performs duties as an Observer Controller/Trainer for Training Support Battalion; responsible for the health, welfare, and training of deploying units; acts as a positive role model for all deploying Soldiers by portraying the seven Army values; provides instructions in all common skills and ensures strict adherence of safety procedures during training and live fire exercises; conducts all training to standard using the assist and insist method of training.


Asst Processing NCO/00G20
Receives Soldiers for In-Processing brief at reception station; assists with scheduling and processing procedures daily; processes schedules in a timely manner; provides leadership to her squad with mentorship and counseling; responsible for an effective training environment in the field and classroom.
